Apply for Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme 2025 and get an interest-free loan in Punjab. Build your home with Rs. 14,000/month. Apply now.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz holds the view that every citizen deserves the opportunity to build a beautiful and secure home. To support this vision, she introduced a cost-effective and interest-free loan initiative that enables residents of Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Sargodha, and Rawalpindi to construct their dream house.

This scheme includes three different implementation models, with a target of building 100,000 houses in these major urban centers. Understanding the financial burden faced by middle-class families, the scheme has set the monthly installment at just Rs. 14,000 — which matches the typical rent of a small-sized home. Any individual owning 1 to 5 marla land in rural regions or 1 to 10 marla in city areas is eligible to apply for this loan.
Project’s Vision Apna Chat Apna Ghar Scheme
The objective of the Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme project is to offer shelter to individuals with low income. To support this, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has set the monthly installment at an affordable rate of Rs. 14,000. Additionally, she guaranteed that the home designs would remain functional and reliable over an extended period. To further reassure applicants, she directed that model homes be constructed within six weeks. This initiative will allow beneficiaries to visualize their future residence for greater confidence..
